  Horrible establishment with incompetent owner, manager and crew. This location gives the other great DD locations a bad name. Spoke with the owner regarding a recent visit. The cashier lied to me stating that a corporate change had occurred 6 months prior, to reduce the number of hashbrowns from 6 to 5. Owner stated "I got a different story" questioning my integrity. I would not waste my time to make up a lie about hashbrowns. Drinks were watered down, not frozen and some advertised drinks were discontinued, stating "the menu board can't be changed". I found her to come off as unintelligent and inconsiderate. I will not return to this establishment. I hope others do not have the same disheartening experience as I have.

  I had a hard time finding a DD who made the coffees well since moving to PSL. I don't go to any other DD now besides this one on slw. This one is amazing! The drive threw is always busy, it's no wonder why.... It's definitely worth the wait!!

  The BEST Dunkin Donuts the Donuts Are The BEST very decorative always fresh and a Great selection! All the employees Are Always Very Attentive and Accommodating! My Favorite Dunkin For Sure!❤
