  The food was good the service not so much. The server was friendly enough. However, maybe teach them to go around and deliver the good. Reaching across the table to deliver a plate, not acceptable. Especially when you are going over other people's head. She reached across someone to deliver their food on the same side. She about hit the person in the face. They were the one that took us there for our first time. He said he goes for the food, the service is a hit and miss. We needed to ask for refills several times. The food was good though. Your server needs to learn some basics on serving. Do not pass plates over people's heads or across their face. There was space so that wasn't a reason.

  The so called manager at this place is the absolute worst customer service person I have ever come across! Placed an order (our third) one in one week for our employees and requested to have the wings (wet) a well known term for extra saucy wings. We even called back and clarified this. They then proceeded to refuse to make them this way and sent them out dry. We called to let them know and the manager proceeded to verbally fight with my wife saying they will not make them the way we ask them to. That's right the customer pays and requests for their food to be prepared a certain way and he not only refuses but then fights with us. Offers us a credit (we deny it) because that is not what we were looking for we were just wanting as customers to have the food prepared they way we want it. The level of unprofessionalism and attitude from this person was down right shocking and we will NEVER eat there again and buyer beware.

  My favorite thing about Hurricane is the garlic parmesan fries.
  I called to place an order and was placed on hold for over three minutes. When she finally got back on the phone she was very rude. I ordered parm fries and wings, half of them garlic parmesan because of how much I loved the fries.
  I go to pick up the food and stood there at the register for about ten minutes while everyone sped past me. Finally I catch a girl at the register ringing someone out so I ask her for help. I go to hand her my money and a different lady walked up to take it out of my hand.
  I ordered and paid for an appetizer size of my fries, and got a side order size that had next to no butter sauce on them and the same went for my wings. They were both very disappointing.
  
  I was very much looking forward to good food.
