  Just amended. Worst manager ever since opening. She needs to learn how to lead by doing. Openly berates employees in front of customers. Very demeaning and de-motivating. 2/16/17

  Need stable staff , one day you come and drink the best coffee , the other you have no idea what you are drinking .
  Today a super sweaty face lady made my coffee , what a unpleasant experience . Not drinking it :(
  This is a place in urgent need of constant supervision .

  I want to personally thank the sweet cashier woman when I went in to grab a little comfort food of chocolate munchkins. She may have put a few extra in my bag and whether intentional or not, it really came as a nice surprise and made my night. My great grandfather had just passed away today and I was having a tough day as it was with work and everything. So thank you so much for your kindness. This Dunkin location just gained a loyal customer. :)
